My husband and I have been working with Deb Lacroix over a year now with two separate projects. Deb Lacroix was referred to us by our realtor last fall to help us prepare our 3 bedroom Whistler town home for resale. My elderly parents, Keith and Susan Hillman, had purchased the property new in 1996, and it represented many fond memories for them over the years. Deb’s challenge was to update and completely refurnish the 1250 square foot space on a tight budget, and within a very short 6 week time frame, so that the unit could be listed by the beginning of December 2019, in time for the holiday surge. From the get-go, Deb exhibited tremendous sensitivity to the emotional attachment my parents held for their home as she undertook a literal transformation of their property. I was in constant awe of Deb’s knowledge and experience; her keen and tasteful eye; and ultimately her decisive, confident and results driven approach to the project. Our town home sold within 5 days for far more than many experts thought it would sell for, and we give Deb all the credit. Deb has been an amazing asset in our Whistler condo renovation. She was in her element helping us with the overwhelming task of coordinating the tile, paint, furniture and accessories. She has an eye for detail and flow in the space. She has great relationships with the construction team while creating and maintaining the detailed timeline for the complete renovation of our awesome ‘new’ condo!

Working with Deb was an absolute delight!  Towards the end of our project we needed someone to fascilate trades, ensure we were on schedule, make quick decisions, shop and wrap up the project in a timely manner.  Deb was extremely professional, stayed committed to the execution of our plans and worked extremely hard to ensure the jobs were done on point!  I loved her attention to details, not only in how she could pick out the tiniest of deficiency but also how she helped me to accessorize our unit. There is no way the project would have completed when it did had it not been for her.  I absolutely love what Deb did with our unit, we are extremely satisfied! Just a quick email to let you know how delighted we are with the work you have done for us. As you well know we were pretty frustrated about furnishing our new one bedroom/loft unit on the Benchlands. Despite numerous attempts to rearrange furniture, buy new furniture, buy pictures, and buy accessories, we just could not make it work. After your first visit we knew immediately you had the Whistler touch that we were looking for. The renovations you suggested and your decorating transformed our small place into a super comfortable contemporary mountain home. Your renovation contractor was equally great and easy to work with and his work is top notch.
