An increasingly popular service, LD is fully equipped to manage the design process remotely while keeping our clients feeling connected and involved in every step of their design process.
Design Consultation
This important stage in the process is when the designer and client work together to identify the design and scope of work. We get to know you, your tastes, lifestyle needs and wish list. A important component of this process is establishing the budget, identifying the design tools, laying out the process, the timeline and talking through the peaks and pitfalls.
Design Concept
Now that we understand your needs, the design direction and have identified which design tools best fit your budget we can start the creative. LD offers full service interior design boards and plans, including CAD drawings, 3D designs, Elevations, Lighting Plans, Millwork plans, Specifications for fixtures and finishes, and Window Artwork selection and placement. It is also at this stage that we solicit quotes and bids to best support your dream design, timeline and budget. For our E-Design clients, we offer a styling guide to support you in furniture placement and finishing details to give you that professional, polished look!
Design Execution
With approved boards and/or plans, sub trades, suppliers and budget, we are off and running. LD can either stay with you during this process or hand it off to you and our reliable trades and suppliers.
If you do decide to engage our project management services, we will assist you in working with the team. Most importantly, supporting you through the tough decisions associated with residential construction and renovation that arise with every project. We also offer an hourly consulting service during the Design Execution for those that do not require full project management services. When you need us, we are just a call, email or text away!
